The CyclePlus Recumbent Exercise Bike with Total Body Cross Training Arms combines the low impact exercise of recumbent cycling with the added arm motion. The large display allows you to program several workouts ors simply press quickstart. With 32 levels of resistance the CyclePlus is designed to have an easy starting resistance and a challenging workout on level 32. The Smart Display can also be connected to virtual training apps are your smart phone or tablet. The foam comfort seat adjusts to fit users from 4'6" to 6'4" and up to 400 lbs. Rotating handles allow you to change the angle of the handles to target differnt muscle groups or find a comfortable fit. The CyclePlus has a compact footprint of 24" wide and 63" long. The compact design and quite magnetic resistance operation is ideal for a bedroom or living room. The CyclePlus is self powered and can also be plugged into a power outlet for recovery training.
